Florida Attorney Settles Case Involving Injured Tri-athlete

Attorney Mark A. Kaire, P.A. has worked to settle with the insurance company for tri-athlete that was injured during an event in Key Biscayne, Florida.

October 07, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Law Offices of Mark A. Kaire, P.A. has settled with the insurance company of the driver who caused a bicycle crash which injured a tri-athlete during an event in Key Biscayne, Florida. The accident occurred during the series opener on June 21, when a vehicle pulled out into a controlled intersection on the Rickenbacker Causeway, colliding with tri-athlete Miguel Tellez and causing several injuries.

As an avid, competition cyclist himself, Mark Kaire took an immediate and personal interest in representing Mr. Tellez's case. Though a settlement has been reached with the driver's insurance company, the case will proceed with lawsuits against the race organizer and Miami-Dade County for the negligence of the police officer that was controlling the intersection.
