we hope you're having a great sunday as you join us here. Online, cooler temps return today are warm streak is coming to an end we got wet weather is in store for us this coming weekend monday it's gonna be very gusty outside for the upstate and the mountains high temperatures yesterday. Look at this we should be around 57° this time of year, but we're enjoying the seventies and upper sixties in the mountains. Not too bad. Another record shattering day at GSP International Airport we had 75 degrees that breaks the record set back in 1970 at 73 degrees. But we're not gonna make the run for the record books today. Our temperatures will stay slightly above where they should be. This time of year will be in the 60s. In the upstate 50s for most of Western North Carolina. So today is going to be nice. We're going to have an increasing day of clouds but maybe a slight chance of a shower here or there. But I don't think it's gonna be too great. It's monday that we're looking at monday morning. When you get ready to head out. We got a line that's gonna of storms that's gonna hit our way and bring a little bit of rain our direction monday afternoon probably about three o'clock. You'll see that's starting to come into the mountains of western north Carolina, northeast Georgia and around the golden corner of the upstate this system will move through quickly by Tuesday will be clearing out maybe some showers left behind Tuesday morning but during the day it will be mostly cloudy throughout the day and we'll see temperatures about in line where they should be. Another system rolls through Wednesday. This is where we're gonna see most of our rain this week will be from this system that comes through Wednesday but luckily the heaviest of the rain is gonna stay south of our area probably from the Midlands down to the low country. We'll see the higher levels of precipitation in the rain gauge thursday we could see some scattered showers lingering around and heading into friday. So our rain chances tomorrow low Tuesday, low Wednesday on the higher side and low again on thursday, you're 40 plus forecast. Looks like this mostly sunny today. A high of 60 tomorrow, check this out, we're gonna be mostly sunny, some clouds moving in showers late in the day, staying with us into Tuesday morning but gusty wind conditions, we could see wind gusts on monday 20-plus mph. So keep that in mind. Our afternoon high 63° temperatures drop behind that front on Tuesday only getting up to 61°. Our overnight lows still staying above average Wednesday. However, a 70% chance of widespread showers across the area. 30% chance of those showers continuing into Thursday morning and Friday on the back side of that system, we'll see some rain chances stick with us Friday and into Saturday, but temperatures jump back up into the 60s by the end of the weekend, heading into next weekend in the mountains today, 53 for your high temperature 62 on monday and check that out. Wind gusts as well again 20 plus mile per hour winds possible, lingering rain chances Tuesday late and then we'll see more rain chances Wednesday and the scattered showers will stay with us thursday morning. The rain chances don't completely go away friday and saturday. Go out and enjoy today. It's gonna be beautiful. Mhm.
